If your number isn't receiving messages, let us know within the first 48 hours of being assigned the number. We'll investigate and attempt to fix or replace it right away.
If, after two replacement attempts, the issue still isn't resolved, you'll be eligible for a full refund.
A number becomes used the moment it receives one OTP, regardless of the platform. While we test every number to ensure broad compatibility, we can't guarantee that each one will work across multiple services. Especially with apps that apply their own regional or security restrictions.
Because of this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges on numbers that have already received an OTP.
